ACTION REQUIRED BY Administrator / DESIGNATE

1. Contact Caretaker to investigate the drinking water quality concern.
2. Confirm the drinking water quality concern.
3. Make an announcement not to drink the water.
4. Caretaker must render fountain inaccessible (bag fountains).
5. If quality potable water is not available, close any program that requires food preparation (cafeteria services, culinary arts program, breakfast program, etc).
6. Contact Facility Services/Operations.

• Drinking water will be delivered to the site.
