ACTION REQUIRED BY Administrator / DESIGNATE

1. CALL 911.

2. Initiate lockdown (windowless hallways/corridors).
3. Bring all persons from portables into the building.
4. Immediately close all windows and doors.
5. Have Caretaker shut down mechanical ventilation.
6. Notify Emergency Response Team.
