ACTION REQUIRED BY Administrator / DESIGNATE

  1. Contact school caretaker to investigate.

  2. CALL 911.

  3. Evacuate - do not re-enter building (bring Emergency Response Kit).
  4. Move to a safe area outside.
  5. Ensure students maintain calm, orderly behaviour.
  6. Notify Emergency Response Team.

  8. Remain at a safe location until emergency personnel or Emergency Response Team declare it is safe to return to the school.
  9. Working with emergency personnel, consider relocating all people to alternate evacuation site.
