ACTION REQUIRED BY Administrator / DESIGNATE

1. CALL 911.

2. INITIATE LOCKDOWN (windowless hallways/corridors).
3. Bring all persons from outside the building, including portables, into the building.
4. Immediately close all windows and doors.
5. Have caretaker shut down mechanical ventilation.

6. Notify Emergency Response Team.
